Return Policy
Body Piercing Jewelry
Due to the nature of body piercing jewelry, we will not accept returns on any items or issue refunds for body piercing jewelry that is not defective. When ordering body piercing jewelry you assume the responsibility of ordering the correct style, gauge, size and material for your specific body piercing. If you change your mind about the body piercing jewelry you ordered or if you order the wrong style, gauge, size or material for your specific need, we cannot accept returns.
Please inspect your body piercing jewelry immediately upon receipt. If for some reason your jewelry is defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will be given a return authorization number for use when sending the body piercing jewelry back. Defective items will be replaced with the identical item. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. We are not responsible for body piercing jewelry that has been damaged by you due to improper care, misuse or error.
Non Body Piercing Jewelry and Other Products
Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt. If for some reason your product is defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. You will be given a return authorization number for use when sending the jewelry back. Our default policy is to replace defective items with the identical item. Other options are available on a per case basis. We are not responsible for products that have been damaged by you due to improper care, misuse or error.
Statement
Please note that once your order is placed, there will be no cancellations, changes or substitutions, unless the item is no longer in stock and requires an additional waiting time or additional fee.
NOTE: Under no circumstances will returns be accepted
without a return authorization number.
