Shipping Goals
It is our goal to process orders the same business day they are received, if applicable. Orders received by 12:00 pm on a business day, will be processed and shipped the same day or following day, depending on volume of orders. Orders received after 12:01 pm on Friday, will be processed and shipped with the orders of the following business day.
Free Shipping
From time to time we will offer various shipping related promotions, including but not limited to Free Shipping. We reserve the right to suspend, alter or refuse shipping related promotions for products, quantities of products or types of products for any known or unknown reasons.
Orders of $125 or more, are eligible for free ground shipping. Orders of $350 or more, are eligible for free overnight shipping.
Back Orders or Out of Stock
If any item or all your items are out of stock, you will be contacted to discuss your options regarding shipping and wait times.
