Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Orders for items in stock received by 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders for items in stock received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. If we receive an order for an item that is supposed to be in stock, but happens not to be in stock, we will contact you within 1 business day to discuss your options.
Items that are not currently in stock or items that are made to order will require approximately 2-4 weeks to be manufactured. In most cases we are able to manufacture and deliver the product faster than our average manufacturing time. Please be advised that our manufacturing turn around time does and can vary depending on the season.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of body piercing jewelry, we will not accept returns on any items or issue refunds for body piercing jewelry that is not defective. When ordering body piercing jewelry, the buyer assumes the responsibility of ordering the correct style, gauge, size and material for their specific body piercing.
All products sold by Pleasurable Piercings, Inc. are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects to the best of our knowledge.
If for some reason you received the wrong item or the jewelry you ordered is defective, you will need to contact us to request a return or exchange. To request a return or exchange, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
You should expect to receive your replacement jewelry or refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
